Shipping and handling costs

For delivery with the shipping service DHL we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.95 EUR per order within Germany.

For orders over a gross value of EUR 99,- we ship free of charge within Germany.*

You will be clearly informed of these costs again during the checkout process and confirm your acceptance by submitting your order. 

Delivery time is generally 2-4 business days. We assume no liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider and/or due to force majeure.

We also ship to Switzerland, where shipping is exclusively via the shipping service provider Hermes. Please note this.

For parcels up to 2kg We charge a flat shipping fee of 18.99 EUR for packages up to 5kg We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 26.99.
